Basem keeps our daily operations moving. He coordinates dispatch, crew schedules, and the flow of work between jobs. His background in team leadership and direct sales helps him keep people and priorities connected. He focuses on a prompt response and clear direction for our field crews.

His experience in household moving and customer service shapes the care he brings to that work. He stays in touch with you as items leave the property, so you're not left wondering what's happening to your things.
Menna works with our field crews on fire damage, smoke and soot removal, and cleaning structures and belongings. Her training in fire and smoke restoration builds on a strong customer service background. She explains the cleaning work in plain terms and brings patience to conversations with owners facing a stressful loss.
